Position Title: Project Coordinator

Part-Time @ $20 – 40/hr with minimum of 40 hours per month

analysis, and administrative coordination needs.

• Collaborate with Project Managers on the development and tracking of assigned project
work plans
• Create and maintain project related documentation and reporting
• Create and maintain project related agency documentation and reporting
• Assist with communications with federal agencies and related points of contact
• Collect necessary data and information for project launching and completion activities
• Track, forecast and report on project progress including related metrics, risks, and
• Create and develop project related assets, presentations, and materials as assigned
• Complete client related research and analysis
• Prepare and review client specific deliverables
• Attend and document project team and client meetings as assigned, remotely and inperson
• Synthesize and summarize government solicitations for project work planning and
agency strategy
• Additional coordination assignments may arise based on agency and project needs
Required Qualifications for Project Coordinator:
• Prior experience as a project analyst in a related field required
• Strong understanding in project management and data analysis
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional research and reporting skills
• Accountable and reliable for detailed assignments
• Demonstrated ability to effectively organize ideas and synthesize large amounts of data
• Excellent writing and presentation skills
• Deadline driven with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment,
sometimes with irregular hours needed to meet tight deadlines
• Ability to work with limited supervision, manage ambiguity, make sound decisions,
proactively solve problems, and self-manage time
• Strong PC skills including full Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work remotely but attend some in person meetings
• Ability to sit for long periods and lift up to 40lbs
• Some travel may be required
