Meet Marpleh Baker
Founder of Extraordinary Solutions Group, Inc
A seasoned and entrepreneurial Global Talent Acquisition Consultant, he has provided staffing support by identifying top quality candidates with government-issued security clearances on behalf of government contracting firms while also servicing commercial clients servicing a wide range of industries. Although his work has been predominately focused in Virginia, Maryland, and the nation’s capital, he has also serviced clients with offices based in cities across the U.S and overseas.
By quickly learning an organization’s processes and culture, Marpleh works tirelessly to source candidates for difficult-to-fill positions. He differentiates himself from other talent acquisition consultants by being a relentless communicator and demonstrating an extraordinary loyalty and dedication to the client.
An active member of several Christian organizations, Marpleh is a father to adult children and when not facilitating relationships between clients and candidates, he has provided one-on-one resume review coaching to job seekers, offering constructive suggestions to enhance job seekers’ resumés.
The same spirit in which he serves his professional clients is found in how he serves those in need. He is always seeking out creative means to provide an extra measure of help in the gap as a benevolent volunteer.
