Job Title: Cyber CI Specialist (Analysis and Coordination)

Location: Ft. Meade, MD
Employment Type: Full-time (need 1 FTE)

Overview:

Our client is seeking a skilled Cyber Counterintelligence Analyst to support CYBERCOM.

  • Identify, monitor, and assess efforts attempting collection of national security information including emerging technologies, operations, and interests
  • Apply understanding of foreign intelligence capabilities activities and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) for in-depth analytic research and production of all-source Counterintelligence studies
  • Contribute to developing CI strategies
  • Conduct, develop, produce, and present programs of instruction in specified collection operations TTPs relevant to the various intelligence and technical intelligence operations
  • Perform coordination/deconfliction of CI operational activity that impact area of responsibility
  • Understand CI operations and CI mission areas
  • Interact with representatives and components to deconflict CI activity
  • Provide updates to leadership on the status and disposition of relevant CI activity
  • Develop counterintelligence briefs for personnel and deliver the briefs in both group and individual settings
  • Maintain and update multiple databases

Required Experience and Skills

Experience:

  • BA or BS degree, Master’s degree a plus
  • Minimum 10 years of experience related to the job description
  • Possess experience conducting counterintelligence functions including investigations, inquiries, and collection
  • Understanding of USCYBERCOM and subordinate organizations’ structure, role, and command relationship
  • Ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated and/or technically advanced
  • Proven track record at planning, leading, and completing complex projects
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the IC’s structure and IC member organizations’ roles and capabilities
  • Must have experience with cybersecurity
  • Must be familiar with MS Excel and Access

Clearance:

This position requires TS/SCI clearance (CI poly is a plus, however, if the candidate does not have one, DIA will administer one. This will slow down the hiring process.)
