ESG sources and screens candidates through targeted outreach, industry networks, and data-driven sourcing methods. We coordinate interviews, assess fit, and support the process through offer and onboarding to ensure a smooth transition.
While this model operates on a fee-for-placement basis, ESG delivers the strongest results when engaged on an exclusive or priority partnership basis, allowing us to invest deeper sourcing effort and represent your opportunity more effectively.
Payment Structure: A placement fee is paid upon successful hire. Fees align with industry standards and may be customized or discounted based on volume, scope, and partnership structure.
Retained Search
Best for senior leadership, mission-critical hires, and highly specialized or hard-to-fill roles where precision, discretion, and market mapping are essential. Our retained engagements operate on an exclusive partnership basis, allowing ESG to dedicate focused resources, conduct deep market mapping, and represent your opportunity with consistency and professionalism.
We begin with a strategic consultation to define success, align on expectations, and calibrate the candidate profile. ESG then leads targeted outreach, candidate evaluation, shortlisting, and interview coordination, remaining engaged through offer negotiation and onboarding to ensure long-term success.
Payment Structure: Fees are delivered across three milestones (search launch, candidate shortlist, and successful hire). This structure secures dedicated search priority, supports a thorough process, and reduces hiring risk by ensuring consistent focus through completion
Flexible Contract, Project & Temporary Staffing
Best for project-based work, surge needs, seasonal demand, and rapid scaling without longterm headcount commitments.
ESG identifies and vets contract professionals, while a trusted employment infrastructure partner (EOR/PEO) manages payroll, HR administration, benefits, tax compliance, and employment documentation. This structure ensures workforce compliance, reduces administrative burden, and allows clients to scale efficiently while ESG remains engaged to support performance and a positive experience.
Payment Structure: Hourly bill rate model (contractor pay plus structured markup), providing administrative simplicity, compliance coverage, and scalable workforce flexibility.
